Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026.
1. Your images
Images you upload are processed in real time, in memory only, for the sole purpose of generating a prompt. They are never stored, neither on our servers nor in any database, and they are not used to train any model. They are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which performs the analysis, and are discarded once the response is returned.
2. Cookies used
Anonymous usage-limit cookie
A strictly necessary cookie contains a random identifier (UUID) with no link to your identity. It is used only to count your generations and enforce the free limit. It expires automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Consent cookie
The consent manager (tarteaucitron.js) stores your choices in a cookie so it does not ask you again on every visit.
Google Analytics 4 cookies
They are only set after you accept in the consent banner. If you refuse or ignore the banner, no GA4 cookie or request is created.
3. Audience measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free measurement solution that does not collect personal data or fingerprint visitors, it therefore runs without consent. We also use Google Analytics 4, loaded exclusively after your consent, to understand how the tool is used.
4. Anti-bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the API against abuse. It analyses technical browser signals without tracking you across sites.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Since we store no image and no directly identifying data, these rights mainly concern analytics data. Contact: contact@image2prompt.info.
6. Changes
This policy may change. Any material change will be published on this page.
